At DataIM we aim to set the bar high and never settle for anything less than perfection. To consistently maintain our high quality, our processes are audited annually by an external auditing party. The outcome of these audits results in ISO certificates that we are very proud of!

ISO 20252:2019

This standard defines the norm and definitions, as well as the service requirements for DataIM when conducting market and social research. All DataIM projects are carried out within the framework of this standard and are monitored throughout the year to ensure we continue to meet our high standards.

ISO 27001:2022

This is the highest standard that sets very strict demands for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). DataIM's ISMS offers a systematic approach to managing sensitive and highly confidential information. This approach includes persons, processes and IT systems, i.e. every aspect of the business operations of DataIM.

What this means for you

Your research is carried out according to a documented, externally audited process, and the data you share with us is handled within an information security management system that is audited every year. Data is stored within the European Union and a processing agreement is put in place when data is shared with DataIM. Read more in our privacy policy or on the about page.
